The Golden Bear Executive Officer is in charge of running the Golden Bear West Coast National Drill Meet. The executive officer's duty is to direct the staff to coordinate for the drill meet. The XO supervises the staff members to ensure the projects assigned are accomplished.

The Golden Bear Adjutant Officer is the administrative assistant to the Golden Bear Executive Officer. The S-1 is responsible for assisting the XO in contacting all schools interested in competing, awards given, and in charge of registration at the site of event.

The Golden Bear Logistics Officer is responsible for all supplies needed for the drill meet. The S-4 plans for the setting up of the drill pads and verifies all equipment are in place.
